Principal and teacher(s) assigned JOB GOAL:
To assist the teacher in the preparation and management of behavioral activities and administrative requirements.
Work under the supervision of school administration PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES Uphold and enforce school rules, administrative regulations, and state and local board policy Assist the administration in preparing behavioral materials and activities Work with individual students or small groups to conduct behavioral exercises assigned by administration Tracking behavioral progress in Social-Emotional Learning activities Assist in supervising students throughout the school day, both inside and outside the classroom Keep the teacher informed of any special needs or problems of individual students Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly classroom Assist in inventory, care, and maintenance of equipment Assist administration in keeping administrative records and preparing required reports Participate in staff development training programs, faculty meetings, and special events, as needed Provide orientation and assistance to substitute teachers Lift over 50 lbs.
